Michael catered a Christmas party for us and the food was spectacular! I'm not Greek but I have had a lot of Greek salads in my life and this was the best I ever tasted. We also served his Philly cheese steaks, chicken Romano sandwiches, chicken fingers (for the kids), and burritos, both chicken and veggie. The whole family loved the food and took home most of the leftovers. We moved to Monroe Township four years ago and found that the casual party food from most places is poor to mediocre.This is the best that I have found and we will definitely use Ahh la Carte again!

I have to thank Michael for providing a stellar menu and quick service to the guests of my father's 60th birthday. The weather turned pretty sour but Michael was accommodating and even offered to bring additional supplies like a tent and other food options to keep the guests happy. Even a week later many of the guests are still raving about Ahh La Cart and some are even looking to recommend him to friends!

Ahh La Cart definitely went above and beyond and we're looking forward to having them back for another event!

When was the last time you were at a party and the chef got a standing ovation from the guests? Well, that happened last night when Michael, Ahh La Cart's owner and chef, catered a backyard engagement party at my home. The food was delicious. Is there another word that means better than delicious? Because that's what it was. There was something for everyone and every taste from a 5 year old who didn't stop eating, to the vegans, vegetarians, lactose intolerants, my 95 year old mother and everyone in between. The eclectic menu Michael devised included Mediterranean food (greek salad, sides of grape leaves, olives and feta, thoughtfully on the side for our LI's) , Mexican food (he bakes his own tortilla chips and with the lime pulled pork, basmati rice and beans and pico de gallo, you've never had a tastier dish), an Asian chicken dish (chicken gai yung that had our guests running up to the table for 3rds and 4ths) and grilled vegetables from his own garden. The flavors were so complementary - it all melded together beautifully.

Also, Michael is a true sweetheart. Just a pleasure to deal with and as professional as they get. He arrived exactly when he said he would, brought all the necessary accoutrements, including things I didn't even think of, and personally supervised his assistant in making sure the set up looked beautiful and worked easily for our guests (from a buffet point of view.)

I wouldn't hesitate a NY second to recommend him for any catering needs. As a matter of fact, the engagement party was for my nephew and his soon to be bride. They want to hire him to cater their wedding!!

Thank you for making our house party a notch above fantastic. My guests were first off stunned with a food truck, then you turned out some amazing food. The Cheesesteaks were fantastic and the fries were over the top everyone raved! The other food was tasty too don't get me wrong, chicken fingers were a hit, hamburgers were juicy, and pulled pork was delish as well. You were so easy to deal with and accommodating it made it all the more pleasurable. I am sure you have had years of success and wish you many more.

Stopped by here for some lunch while in town for work. The owner was extremely nice and really cared about serving tasty food. My husband had a cheeseburger and I had the southwest chicken cheesesteak. Both were very good along with the fries we got as a side. We will be back next time we are in town!

Absolutely fantastic. First off dealing with Michael leading up to my party was a breeze! He was super easy to get in touch with and accommodated all of my needs which even included my concerns for my guests with food allergies. As for the food-truly delicious, the cheese steak, sausage and pepper, grilled chicken wraps and the homemade dressings-- so yummy! They even grabbed fresh corn from the farm on the day of my party and that was a huge hit. I can't say enough about how efficient, accommodating and all around great this company was to work with!

Just had a cheesesteak, fries, and a pulled pork sandwich and it was excellent! Highly recommend!

Great tacos, salsa, pulled pork and burritos. Can make basically anything you want. Professional, great communication. Had him cater my daughter's 21st birthday and everyone raves about food.

We booked for our daughter's 5th birthday party on June 1st. Beyond impressed with his professionalism. There was continuous contact prior to the event. He showed up promptly was a pleasure, his food by excellent, and he took all of his garbage when the event was over. We will def be repeat customers. Highly recommend

We just used Ahh La Cart for my son's baptism party. Micheal was great to work with, he walked through the menu with us, let us know the most popular choices and the ingredients he uses for the food. He was more than willing to customize the menu for us and offered things off menu. We had gluten free and vegetarian people at the party so needed to have several options. We can't say enough good things! The portion sizes were big, the food was all made fresh and the fries were great! We would definitely use them again.

The best experience we could have asked for! The food was out of this world and the service matched it. Michael kept in constant contact with us through out the entire party planning process, he helped me make decisions I was unsure of and even helped us pick out food. They did nothing but go the extra mile and it was such a fantastic experience! I will suggest them over and over again and I can't wait to use them again!

I had them over to cater my daughter's birthday party on September 4th and they were amazing. They walked me through every step of the process from working out a budget and creating a menu that fit not only my budget but the demographics of the guest to working out storm options if the tropical storm were to hit us. The food was also amazing the cheese steak/chicken cheese steaks were a hit and soooo delicious. The fresh cut fries and fresh corn on the Cobb were also great. They had such great customer service paying attention to all of our guests name and being so friendly. My guest loved the food and everyone involved. I will definetly use them again. Thanks for making my girls party amazing!!!!!

Friendly service fresh food, home made chili, the burritos are amazing, homemade soup. Go sooo worth it!!!!!!!! Yummy. Fresh salad to
